III. There are many possible solutions to this problem. The possible solutions are: (Two articles must be attached and annotated bibliography) people censor the words in the radio many times and block out some words from either a song that cannot be said in the air. this can be solved by giving the audience a warning before they play the song or say the speech. if people decide to listen then its ok but if they dont want to hear it then they shouldnt.
IV. The solution I (we) propose is: (This section will become your proposed legislation. Be sure to include what agency will implement your law, proposed cost if any and effective date) The show or any media tipe program that will be aired should always have a warning sighn. and or government should always give out a complete story of an issue.
V. I (we) think this solution will work because: (You must use factual information to prove your solution will work)more people will look out more for what they watch and what they shouldnt with the warnings. and if they dont block out the words they wont be violating their freedom of speech.
